Samahita Retreat, Koh Samui, Thailand
I will be returning to Samahita Retreat in Koh Samui 7-14 February 2026 for another week-long yoga retreat.
I have taught retreats and trainings at Samahita many times over the years, appreciating Samahita’s yoga facilities, healthy cuisine, with multiple rooming options including beachfront villas. Samahita is situated right on the beach which I regard is the quietest and most beautiful beach in Koh Samui.
Along with further retreat improvements Samahita now offers an expanded range of rooming options for single, double and twin-share.
Brand new beachfront villas have recently become available for single / double (not twin) bookings. A friend recently stayed in one of these and she was extremely impressed with the new beachfront villas.
There are also the original and very well presented twin, double and single rooms at lower rates, while it is good to note that the original shared twin rooms offer loft-style accommodation which gives more privacy to each person than usual twin-share accommodations at other yoga retreats and hotels. These en-suite loft-style twin rooms are therefore ideal for twin-share bookings when you might not be travelling with a friend. There are also single room options with a shared bathroom in-between the rooms, or your own private bathroom.

Classes will be held in both the indoor Ganesha sala and the now expanded beachfront sala.

Beach Private, Beachview Private & Beachfront private villa bookings will be confirmed within 48 hours as availability needs to be double-checked with Samahita. If your preferred room booking is sold out (as notified above when known) you will be offered the next category standard or a category of your choice.
It is essential that you copy me on any communication with Samahita if you decide to stay at Samahita before or after our retreat.

Anybody wishing to stay at Samahita before or after the retreat period need to book these dates separately with Samahita Retreat (subject to availability).

There are two yoga classes aa day at 7:30am & 4:30pm within which you will experience yoga, somatics, chi-kung, breath work & meditation, afternoons being more restorative.
There is one afternoon off for excursions, rest or other activities.
Group gathering is at 6pm on arrivals day. There is a morning class on departure day.
All rates are fully-inclusive of two yoga classes per day of 2-2.5 hours, accommodation, all buffet meals, herbal steam room, a guided walk to the local temple, and evening guided classes to meditation.
Not included extras: Wellness therapies at Samahita Retreat’s dedicated spa, airport transfers, additional purchases in Samahita’s boutique, and a wide range of healthy sweet & savoury snacks, juices, fresh coconuts etc at the dedicated snack bar.
