30 September - 2nd October I will be running a 3 day workshop at YogaMoves in Holland on Embracing the Wisdom of the body.

Over the 3 days I will be teaching and and leading practices with the intention of awakening of our bodies, our breath, and our three equally important human brains (in the head, the heart, and the belly), resulting in a deeper and clearer connection to our inner voice, intuition and soul essence, and a life fortified with love consciousness. These teachings and practices will significantly enrich your personal yoga journey, whatever is your current yoga practice, level of experience or stage of life.
